Prado, Omni Montelucia’s premier restaurant, is known for its Spanish-inspired dining and elegant ambiance. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Herve Cuyeu, Chef Matt Levy brings his expertise and innovative approach to elevate the dining experience. The Summer Prix Fixe Menu, available for a limited time, allows guests to indulge in a culinary experience curated by Chef Levy himself.
Levy’s culinary passions lie in seafood and fine meats, which is showcased on the Summer Prix Fixe Menu. For $55 a person, guests can enjoy a three-course dining experience that captures the essence of Spanish cuisine. The Summer Prix Fixe Menu features a selection of main courses to choose from, including Organic Mary’s chicken, flat iron steak, branzino or verdura. Guests also have a choice between two delectable desserts: the Arizona Sunrise Trifle and the white chocolate nectarine bomba. The highly anticipated menu celebrates culinary excellence by showcasing the talent and creativity of Prado’s culinary team, including newest member, Chef Levy.
Along with a new summer menu, Omni Montelucia is embarking on a multimillion-dollar resort transformation inspired by Spanish architecture and its desert surroundings. The reimagined space aims to provide a range of experiences, from getaways and corporate meetings to weddings and group events.
