Minimal Living Concepts, a new collaborative home designing and building company created by duo Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag, offers Phoenicians a new approach to building their dream homes.
Created by co-founders Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag in 2020, Minimal Living Concepts was derived from the duo when they saw a need for people who worked from home and didn’t have a distraction-free space. At the time, the two were residing in Los Angeles, exploring real estate development opportunities, and Amzallag regularly returned to visit family in Scottsdale. While traveling, Amzallang decided Phoenix would be the perfect spot to launch the new venture for its booming real estate market and business-friendly communities.
The duo moved and created Minimal Living Concepts in 2021 and is now a team of 10 in Scottsdale. The company has built and sold 60 accessory dwelling units in Arizona, providing four simple product options with modern architecture and prices ranging from $150,000 to $418,000 per space. The team handles the complex process from start to finish, leaving its clients with the only job of enjoying their new builds.
“We’re providing a revolutionary new approach to the traditional building process,” says Diamont, in a press release. “Most people don’t want to take on the hassle of hiring an architect, finding a contractor, dealing with complicated permitting issues and dealing with so many entities. We geek out over the little things, so our customers don’t have to. We provide a simple, turnkey solution and an incredible product.”
The four concepts include the Flex (429 square feet), Live (522 square feet), Live+ (750 square feet), Dwell (1,044 square feet) and Resi (1,600 square feet).
“Our website makes it easy to view our pre-designed units and transparent pricing and make your selection,” says Amzallag. “It’s a beautiful, straightforward, and easy process – a completely new way to buy and build a home.”
