How did your love story begin? Our love story began at PF Chang’s in Scottsdale in 2000. Todd was playing for the Arizona Diamondbacks at the time, and Erica was his waitress. The rest was history.
Favorite thing about one another: Erica: My favorite thing about Todd is his generous heart and humble spirit, and that he is the best husband and most amazing father to our children. Todd: My favorite thing about Erica is her commitment to others over herself, starting with me and our children. Her beauty is felt from the inside and seen from the outside.
Favorite date night: Our go-to spot is Tutti Santi, and we are currently loving The Americano.
Favorite tradition you have as a couple: Taking time for each other with a weekly date night and a
weekend getaway at least once a quarter.
What does your happily ever after look like? Traveling to new places, having new experiences together and a lot of trips with our kids and their future families. Living a fulfilled life with no regrets.
