Dwight is the owner and chef of Persepshen in Phoenix. “We focus on working with local organic farms for all our produce, and local ranches whose animals are pasture raised and grass feed. Our menu changes weekly based on whatā€™s available from the farms. We make everything in-house from scratch.”

Favorite way to spend family time in AZ: Our family loves to go fishing, skiing, swimming at the lake and then finish the day off with cooking a great dinner by the water.

Your most rewarding fatherhood moment: It happens every morning when my kids jump on me to wake me up, so excited to see me.

Biggest challenge as a dad: With all the roles I fill at our restaurant, my biggest challenge is being able to create enough time in my life to be with my kids.

A father who inspires you and why: God because of his endless love, forgiveness and power.

Best piece of advice for a new dad: Enjoy the moment!

Your biggest hope for your children: My biggest hope is that they are able to walk the narrow path.
