Go-to drink: I don’t have a go-to drink to make. I enjoy making whatever makes the guests happy and excited. My go-to drink to imbibe is either a daiquiri or Aviation.
Best advice to an aspiring bartender or mixologist: Don’t be so caught up in being fast that you compromise quality. Don’t be so paralyzed at the thought of making a mistake that you can’t progress. Lastly, don’t let a guests bad day effect yours.
