Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: I love hiking anywhere in Phoenix but especially in Sedona. Over the past few months, we’ve been learning pickleball and I’m totally hooked!
Your biggest accomplishment and why: I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished with our office of Express. Starting a franchise from scratch is never easy, and we’ve had challenges along the way. My ability to have a positive and resilient attitude with all of life’s challenges while helping others to see the good in the world.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Seeing our business through the ups and downs of the pandemic. We were down for about three months but, through our relationships and perseverance, we had a record year in 2022 and continue to grow.
Someone who inspires you and why: My business partner, Jenny. She is one of the most driven people I know but her kindness shows through in every interaction. Jenny is always learning and growing herself and others. She truly lifts up her partners and helps us to be better business people and individuals.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Make sure that you have a growth mindset. Always be improving and working on developing your skills personally and professionally.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I’m an extroverted introvert. I have a passion for people but my alone time to precious to me too.
