Biggest accomplishment and why: My greatest accomplishment by far is being a mother. Second to that would be becoming a franchisor and building a brand that has such a positive impact on so many people.
Favorite way to spend your free time in AZ: I am a big foodie at heart. I love trying amazing restaurants and local fare.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Learning to manage stores and teams in different cities. As our brand grows, this will be a constant element of recalibration as our investors open locations around the country.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: The best advice I can get anyone interested in a career in beauty is to become a master of something and avoid being a jack of all trades.
