Award-winning Chicago Restaurant Maple & Ash is now open in Scottsdale, serving their innovative take on the traditional steakhouse.
Led by two-Michelin-star Chef Danny Grant, Maple & Ash mixes a modern aesthetic with authentic service to deliver classic wood-fired dishes. The moment you walk in you feel like you’ve been transported to the Windy City. Mimicking the original restaurant in Chicago, Maple & Ash Scottsdale has a swanky, big city feel.
The Maple & Ash menu features classic steakhouse dishes with a modern twist. There are a variety of starters to choose from, including the Maple & Ash Wedge Salad, Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, Alaskan King Crab Legs and Caviar. You can also start your meal with a seafood tower featuring Oysters, Scallops, Half Maine Lobster, Manila Clams, Blue Prawn and Alaskan King Crab.
For entrees, choose from Handmade Pasta, a variety of Steak cuts and Seafood dishes. The Butcher’s Reserve options include Snake River Wagyu Filet Mignon for $128, The Eisenhower porterhouse steak for $175, the 45 Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk for $175 and the Japanese A5 Wagyu Striploin for $120.
Feeling adventurous? Try the “I DON’T GIVE A F*@K” menu tasting – the chef will surprise you with 5 different delicious courses. You can also add perfect wine pairings chosen by the wine director, Jason Caballero.
Maple & Ash Scottsdale also has a wine cellar that is visible from the bar, offering an extensive wine list named “one of the most outstanding in the world” by Wine Spectator.
If you save room for dessert, you’ll find a variety of delicious options. For an elaborate and fun way to end your meal, order the Sundae Service – a build your own sundae bar brought to your table with a variety of toppings to choose from.
