Not that we needed another reason to enjoy brunch at Postino WineCafe, but there is one: the Valley-wide restaurants just introduced a new Brunch Cocktail Menu.
Available Saturdays and Sundays starting at 9 a.m., the fresh compact lineup from Postino’s beverage director, Brent Karlicek, features three different takes on the classic Aperol Spritz, a beer-spiked spin on the mimosa and a Sherry Mary–all lower alcohol offerings than traditional spirits-based cocktails. The drink menu is rounded out with craft beers and boutique wines to pair with Postino’s delicious brunch offerings.
On the new Brunch Cocktail Menu: The Killer Queen is a fizzy, fruity blend of Moscato and Cocchi Americano; the ’Lectric Eye is made with Cappelletti and Dolin Blanc vermouth; the Sure Shot features sparkling rosé, soda and grapefruit juice; the Sherry Mary is a wine-fortified Bloody Mary; and the Gosemosa is a combo of Dogfish Head SeaQuench Gose and orange juice.
