One of the most notable additions to the new menu is the Keto Menu, catering to the increasing demand for keto-friendly options. Crafted with high protein, fat and low net carbs, this menu ensures a flavorful, health-conscious dining experience. Among the unique items on the Keto Menu are the Keto Pancakes, topped with bacon bits and pork sausage; Keto Portobello Benedict with poached eggs, homemade keto pizza crust, sundried tomato pesto, portobello mushroom, roasted tomatoes, sautéed spinach and a hollandaise sauce; and the spicy Keto Avocado Toast with two eggs, homemade keto pizza crust, avocado, bacon, jalapeno, sriracha, cotija cheese and cilantro.
For those looking for a more traditional experience, Breakfast Kitchen Bar boasts an assortment of plates, like the fan-favorite avocado fries with a siracha aioli; a Churro Waffle with cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream, Nutella and fresh berries; or, for a more savory dish, the Shrimp Scampi Omelet, with shrimp, tomato, cilantro, garlic, goat cheese, scallions and basil pesto.
