DMK’s offerings at the Esplanade will include a full-service restaurant and bar, a grab-and-go coffee shop and a marketplace offering artisanal coffees, iced teas, local pastries, fresh sandwiches, gourmet snacks and house-made sushi, along with an integrated food and beverage service for the property’s tenants. This network allows access to an enhanced reservation system, allowing tenants to have items delivered directly to their offices throughout the campus.
The restaurant will feature world-class, all-day dining options. It will also introduce Phoenix’s first listening room, integrating state-of-the-art sound with customizable menus. For those seeking privacy, a dedicated dining room will be available for hosting social gatherings, special occasions and business meetings, in addition to offering liquor lockers, allowing tenants to securely store their personal collection.
