McArthur’s Opens at Arizona Biltmore

McArthur’s is now open at Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. The new restaurant is a reimagination of Frank & Albert’s and an ode to Arizona Biltmore’s leading architect, Albert Chase McArthur.

The newly opened restaurant honors McArthur’s architectural vision (he was employed by Frank Lloyd Wright), offering an inviting dining destination featuring New American cuisine with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

The menu takes cues from traditional American flavors, with each plate displaying the bright and inviting presentation found throughout the restaurant. Menu highlights include the Biltmore Benedict with Canadian bacon and hollandaise (inspired by the original Waldorf Astoria New York recipe); Southwestern crispy chicken chopped salad with bell peppers, roasted corn, avocado and tomatillo ranch dressing; lobster mac and cheese; and much more. The bill of fare is paired with an extensive selection of cocktails (like the McArthur’s Spritz with Tempus Fugit Italian aperitif, Vedrenne elderflower, prosecco, tonic and sliced blood orange) as well as wines, beers and non-alcoholic sips.

Priding itself on being a space that offers a good time as much as it dishes up good food, McArthur’s open-concept space hosts shuffleboard, foosball and other whimsical surprises for playing while you savor.

McArthur’s is open daily from Sunday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit arizonabiltmore.com/dining/mcarthurs.
