Marking its second US location, Mott 32, the globally revered Chinese restaurant brand, will open at The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie. The prestigious restaurant made its US debut at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in 2019, joining successful locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Cebu, Vancouver and, very soon, Toronto.
Mott 32 is highly regarded throughout the culinary landscape for its innovative approach to traditional Chinese cuisine and next-level dining experiences. It is named in homage to 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891. The 4,600-sq.-ft. restaurant will include a 4,100-sq.-ft. patio with pool and mountain views, and guests will dine on Cantonese dishes with Beijing and Szechuan influences. Signature dishes–the restaurant will serve lunch and dinner–include the 42-day applewood-roasted Peking duck expertly carved tableside, barbecue pluma Iberico pork glazed with yellow mountain honey and other creative, crave-worthy delicacies. An expansive dim sum selection will feature steamed, fried and baked dumplings, including the signature soft quail egg, placed inside an Iberico pork siu mai with black truffle. The restaurant’s elevated interiors will showcase a fusion of traditional Chinese aesthetics and contemporary elegance.

Mott 32 is slated to open alongside The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie, and an opening-date announcement is expected soon. The highly anticipated 18-acre resort will comprise 215 rooms, a stunning Grand Lobby, a world-class spa and one of the longest resort pool experiences in North America, spanning 400 feet. The first homeowners are currently moving into The Villas, which are Ritz-Carlton-branded and -serviced Residences.
