At the heart of Ocean Prime’s allure is its meticulously crafted menu, a culinary journey that showcases the finest in steak and seafood. Curated by Executive Chef Roman Rodriguez, the lineup features an assortment of plates, including the illustrious Smoking Shellfish Tower, with oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp cocktail, chilled crab meat and whole Maine lobster. Chef Rodriguez takes pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients, ensuring that each dish is a celebration of freshness and taste. Other notable items include Chilean sea bass with broccolini, pearl onion, potato purée and truffle; the robust Willow Bend Lamb with two double-bone lamb chops, roasted garlic and thyme jus; and the lobster linguine with roasted tomato butter, arugula, chili flake and parmesan.

Complementing the culinary delights is an extensive wine list, including a curated selection of glasses from around the world. The knowledgeable staff at Ocean Prime is adept at guiding patrons through the vast array of options, providing expert recommendations to elevate the dining experience. In addition to wine pairings, the libation menu boasts a collection of signature cocktails, including the savory Hot & Dirty Martini with olive oil-infused Belvedere Vodka and Calabrian chili blue cheese-stuffed Castelvetrano olives; Berries & Bubbles with Belvedere Organic Vodka, marinated blackberries, fresh lemon juice, Domaine Chandon Brut and dry ice smoke; and the smooth Espresso Martini with Belvedere Vodka, Kahlua, fresh-brewed espresso and Giffard Vanille de Madagascar (to name a few). 

Ten Layer Carrot Cake

No meal at Ocean Prime is complete without indulging in the decadent dessert offerings that grace the menu. Ocean Prime is open Sunday to Thursday, from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, from 4 to 10 p.m.
