After its highly anticipated debut this summer, Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge has elevated the nightlife scene in Old Town Scottsdale with its shareable gourmet bites, chic sips and contemporary vibe.
Curated by the masterminds behind the steakhouse Bourbon & Bones Chophouse I Bar, the Scottsdale-based hospitality group Square One Concepts, the Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge is a standalone concept that officially opened its doors this past June.
Located on Scottsdale Road, just north of its flagship steakhouse, the new lounge is 3,300 square feet of space that offers a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. The interior features a chic design that brings the night in with deep cool tones, unique leather walls and stylish black pendant lights. A striking bar can be found at the center of the space, with white-on-black-veined granite and spacious seating.
The new cocktail hub offers gourmet plates like The Devil’s Cut, with sliced Wagyu, sweet chili and ponzu butter, served on a hot rock; steak au gratin with prime steak tips, bell peppers, cream, garlic and gruyere, served alongside a fresh baguette; and Fondue of MontAmore, with gruyere, mozzarella, a touch of Knob Creek Bourbon, chardonnay and seasonal accouterments. In addition to these shareable bites, guests can expect to enjoy a raw bar, sushi, salads and indulgent sweet treats like the bourbon butter cake or vanilla crème brûlée.
The true star of the lounge is its libation menu, featuring sips of wine, spirits and refreshing handcrafted cocktails. Some of our favorite drinks include the Calm Down Karen with Bombay Bramble Gin, Giffard Violette, Centr Sparkling CBD, simple lavender syrup, lime and a dehydrated lemon; the How I Met Your Mother with B&B Buffalo Trace, Domaine De Canton Ginger, lemon, simple syrup, strawberry and soda; or, for a spicier sip, the Serrano Serenade with Crop Cucumber Vodka, muddled serrano peppers, lime, agave, orange juice and a serrano-infused Tajin rim.
