This limited-time experience promises to transport guests into an electric, bold atmosphere filled with chef-driven bites, imaginative cocktails and mocktails, a mesmerizing state-of-the-art 360-degree projection show and endless photo opportunities.
Celebrate the arrival of spring with a lavish pop-up experience at the District Dome at Desert Ridge Marketplace. Villa Fleur is an immersive journey that will captivate all guests, transcending them into a world of rich prints, bold textures, striking visuals and lush florals. Set under romantic lighting, guests will settle into parlor-style seating, all facing toward a water fountain adorned with flowers, serving as the centerpiece of the dome.
Highlights from the cocktail menu include the Apple Tart-Tini, a Grey Goose-based martini with green apple, lime and a creamy oat milk foam, alongside the French Quarter, a bourbon cocktail with cognac, citrus and bitters. For mocktail options, guests can savor The Zebra, a sweet coconut cream drink with notes of pineapple, lime and cranberry, or opt for the Pomme Vert, a tangy mocktail with hints of lemon, basil and green apple.
A must-try from the menu is the Bistro Steak Frites, which includes a mouthwatering NY strip accompanied by parmesan-herb-crusted potatoes and topped with bone marrow butter, enhancing the dish with a rich, savory flavor. Equally delectable and aesthetically pleasing is the Hummus la Fleur, which features a vibrant, naturally pink-tinted hummus garnished with feta, raisins and edible flowers. Artisan bread and carrots are served alongside the hummus for dipping.
Make sure to save room for dessert at this limited-time experience, as both options are topped with 24-karat gold flakes. Indulge in the Mille Crepe Suzette, an airy crepe layered cake filled with an orange chantilly cream and topped with torched meringue and shimmering gold flakes. Alternatively, treat yourself to a decadent Creme Caramel Custard featuring a smooth vanilla custard topped with strawberries, caramel candies, blueberry pearls and, of course, 24-karat gold flakes.
The excitement doesn’t end there. Villa Fleur will also offers a full weekend brunch menu, perfect for leisurely mornings with friends and family. Highlights from the brunch menu include a Brunch Tower and the Morning Floral Feast, designed to serve two guests each. The Brunch Tower comes with an assortment of fresh fruit, mini quiches, mini croissants, a French baguette and ham de Paris. Meanwhile, the Floral Feast offers waffles, assorted bagels, fresh fruit, bacon, smoked salmon and hard-boiled eggs.
Villa Fleur will be open from March 28 to May 12 on select days and times at Desert Ridge Marketplace between Copper Blues and Barnes & Noble. Tickets, which can be purchased online, are mandatory to experience Villa Fleur.
