Evo, a vibrant, modern restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, serves American dishes and classic Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients and local produce.
The look and feel of Evo is an interesting combination of sleek and cozy. We loved the exposed brick, unique light fixtures and the wall of mirrors.
Every menu item we tried impressed, but the Evo Salad was by far and away our favorite. The Evo Salad includes brussel sprouts, kale, bosc pear, chévre, pancetta, balsamic and pine nuts. Absolutely amazing.
Other menu items include house made pasta, pizza, entrees such as lobster risotto, roasted chicken and grilled salmon.
Evo is open every day for lunch and dinner, serving food until 1:30am. They offer happy hour specials on select food and drinks 7 days a week, 4-7pm.
