True Food Kitchen Summer Menu

True Food Kitchen launched a new summer menu, incorporating the freshest flavors of the season. As always, the new summer recipes are guided by Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory principles and creatively nourish, without sacrificing flavor.

Both food and beverage menu additions will feature ingredients that are as unique as they are beneficial such as forbidden black rice (rich in antioxidants), lavender (reduces anxiety and improves brain function), and kimchi (rich in beneficial gut-boosting bacteria) among others.

New menu items include:

Korean Noodle Salad with sweet potato glass noodle, bok choy, kale, cucumber kimchi, mango, bean sprout, and almond lime vinaigrette (vegan)

Summer Tacos with the choice of grilled fish or grass-fed steak, tomatillo avocado salsa, pickled jicama slaw, coconut lime yogurt, and anasazi bean (gluten-free)
