Spring Breakout at Great Wolf Lodge Arizona

Though spring break may be winding down in the Valley, Great Wolf Lodge Arizona is celebrating the season through April 28 with its Spring Breakout programming. Plus, Great Wolf Lodge Arizona is partnering with Phoenix Children’s on a new initiative, Color for the Kids.

From now until April 28, Great Wolf Lodge Arizona hosts the ultimate springtime getaway for families: Spring Breakout. In addition to access to the resort’s indoor, 84-degree waterpark (featuring a lazy river, thrilling slides, a wave pool, a splash area for tots and more), guests year-round can enjoy a wide array of indoor activities as well: Ten Paw Alley, Northern Lights Arcade, Great Wolf Lodge’s live action-adventure game MagiQuest, mini golf, rock wall climbing and more.

During Spring Breakout, guests can also check out an exciting range of season-themed fun. Springy craft activities include beaded butterflies, build-your-own bug jars and handmade flowers, for instance, while families can compete in themed games like Grasshopper Ring Toss, Beehive Beanbag Toss, Crazy Caterpillar Game and more. Also on the Spring Breakout agenda are the Sunshine Celebration Dance Party & Storytime, “Tree to Be” Yoga Tails and plenty of spring-themed photo ops, including stunning balloon art and colorful backdrops.

The Scottsdale resort is also home a range of delectable dining options to satisfy all members of the family during their stay. Moms and dads can grab a refreshing cocktail at The Watering Hole while watching the kids splash the day away in the waterpark, and hearty burgers at Buckets and towering nachos at Timber Tacos hit the spot at lunchtime. The breakfast buffet at Campfire Kitchen is a delicious way to provide fuel for the day–and a scoop of ice cream is always in order at Ben & Jerry’s to end the evening.

A special addition to Great Wolf Lodge Arizona’s seasonal lineup is Color for the Kids, a partnership with Phoenix Children’s. Through the end of April, with a $10 donation, families can select a tile from the mosaic mural to color during craft time, which takes place daily at the resort. At the close of the campaign, all proceeds (up to $10,000) will be donated to Phoenix Children’s.
