Tri Pointe Homes is now selling at Waterston Central in Gilbert–the third and final phase of the builder’s Waterston planned community. Those in the market can now tour 15 models across six neighborhoods, some with designs by Emmy Award winner and design expert, Bobby Berk.

Berk has partnered with Tri Pointe Homes–which he says is a “design-forward” business and always open to his ideas and suggestions–for nearly 10 years to provide best-in-class designs for customers.
