Settled in a quaint corner plaza in Uptown Phoenix is Linger Longer Lounge—a buzzy restaurant and lounge space characterized by cozy low lighting, 70’s-esque booth seating, an expansive pool and gaming area, and an unsuspecting charm that makes you feel less like you’re in Phoenix, and more like you’re immersed in a New York dive bar.
The lounge space—which is owned and operated by notable Phoenix entrepreneur, Jade Noble—boasts a casually cool and nostalgic vibe that even some of the Valley’s most frequented bar spots can’t quite replicate.
Linger Longer’s main space features brown-toned rows of booth seating, shelves packed full with old records and dim lighting that adds to the old-school charm of the restaurant. The lounge also plays host to a central patio and gaming area that comes complete with a pool table, skee ball and neon-drenched walls.
Unsurprisingly, the warm, homey aesthetic doesn’t end with the main restaurant space—step inside the restrooms for a funky, red-hued escape that pays homage to the icons of music, past and present.
Linger Longer’s charming essence is elevated even more by its unique menu offerings—particularly the dishes of their newly introduced brunch menu, which was created by the award-winning Der Wurst Hot Dogs (and has managed to revamp already staple breakfast classics with a German twist).
New dishes include a decadent German apple pancake, the smoked sausage omelet, and an especially flavorful pretzel bread French toast dish (we’d really recommend this) which features salted caramel, lemon whipped mascarpone, a savory pretzel bread French toast and fresh, seasonal berries.

The lounge is open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. The buzzy bar space hosts its beloved happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m.; plus, the brunch is hosted specially on weekends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
