Aioli Gourmet Burgers
What started out as one food truck founded by two buddies in 2013 has grown to include 12 food trucks across six brands. The mission of Aioli Gourmet Burgers is simple: to bring the best burgers to the Valley. Each burger that the Arizona food truck dishes out is topped with its house-made aioli, with best-selling items including the Fresh Prince burger (a spin on a Philly cheesesteak), the Italiano (a caprese-inspired burger) and the White Truffle Swiss Burger (topped with roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions).
