Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge opened its doors at Chase Field, promising a unique and sophisticated cocktail and baseball game-viewing experience in Downtown Phoenix.
Now open at Chase Field in Phoenix, Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge offers baseball fans an easygoing vibe, inviting guests to unwind and indulge in an array of crafted cocktails and spirits while catching a game. Christopher Mashburn, the beverage manager and sommelier, has curated a selection of drinks that feature both cocktails and mocktails.
One of the notable cocktails on the menu is the “Gonzo’s Game Winner” mocktail, a tribute to the beloved Diamondbacks outfielder Luis “Gonzo” Gonzalez and his legendary game-winning hit during the 2001 World Series against the New York Yankees. The mocktail is a blend of fresh cucumber juice, muddled blackberry, housemade lemonade and Fever Tree Club Soda, with the option to add alcohol for those who want it.
S. Barrett Rinzler, founder and CEO of Square One Concepts, says in a press release, “We are very happy to say we are open and ready to host downtown patrons and, of course, Arizona Diamondbacks fans. Our bourbon barrel picks are exclusive to Bourbon & Bones, along with a curated selection of truly fine wines and other spirits, craft beers and our upscale cuisine, which we’re known for as well.”
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Mutaz “Taz” Fakhouri, the menu features an array of options, including prime steak crostini, bleu cheese-stuffed Medjool dates, shrimp cocktail, oysters and an assortment of sushi rolls.
Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge opens its door two hours prior to game days, major concerts and events, providing an opportunity for guests to enjoy a drink before the main event. The decor mirrors the midnight blues and rich gold accents of the Bourbon & Bones Chophouse located in Peoria. The lounge offers a patio with a view of the action unfolding on Chase Field during games and concerts, making it a must-visit destination.
Located off Jefferson Street, the entrance to Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge is marked by red structural beams, leading to a private elevator that takes guests to the lounge. On game days, fans also have the convenience of accessing the lounge from Chase Field’s Diamond Level.
