Another highlight is the Mediterranean tuna pita pocket, featuring line-caught Albacore tuna, avocado, baby greens, seasonal mixed greens, tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions, taboule, lemon vinaigrette and green sprouts wrapped in a pita pocket. For those seeking a refreshing chilled soup, the Andalusian gazpacho is a perfect choice, made with ripe tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, red bell peppers, jalapeño, onions and garlic, served with pita chips and garnished with mint and a lemon wedge.
