Postino Debuts First-Ever Cocktail Menu

A Valley favorite for grabbing a bottle of wine and a bruschetta board for more than two decades, Postino is now enticing diners with its first-ever cocktail menu. The fresh menu features classics like Aperol spritz and negroni.

Though Postino guests have long visited Arizona’s original winecafé for a great bottle of wine (to pair with its famous bruschetta, of course), they now have a delicious selection of cocktails to reach for on their next visit. The first-ever cocktail menu comprises time-honored classics (think Aperol spritz, negroni and a smoked old fashioned), alongside refreshing, springy options like the prickly pear-mezcal margarita and Tré Cucumber. The latter is picture-perfect combo of vodka, limoncello, cucumber and honey.

“Postino has always been known for our ever-changing selection of craft wines and beers that are affordable, unpretentious and fun,” says Brent Karlicek, vice president of Beverage at Upward Projects, in a press release. “We wanted to take the same approach with our first-ever cocktail menu, offering a mix of both timeless classics and fresh, innovative drinks such as our dangerously refreshing Tré Cucumber. Most important, each cocktail is designed to pair perfectly with our food menu and to bring spirited fun to your next Postino visit.”

Postino’s new cocktail menu is available at its eight Arizona locations (seven in the Valley and one in Tucson).
