Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: I enjoy pickleball, hiking, snowboarding and exploring new places.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Owning my two businesses. If someone had told me five years ago that I would be a small-business owner, I would have laughed and said, “No way!”
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Myself. Not believing in myself and feeling self-conscious have been my biggest challenges. I was so afraid to fail that I never took the steps to succeed. Once I get over that hump, the opportunities haven’t stopped.
Someone who inspires you and why: Female leaders. Everyone on my team is a woman. I feel empowered and inspired by them daily. We understand the balance of being a business owner, wife and mom. It takes a village when it comes to success, and I’m proud mine is full of successful women who bring me up daily.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Take the chances and opportunities. You never know where the path is going to lead, but if you don’t take it, it will lead nowhere.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I’m an emotional decision-maker. Not always the best when it comes to running a business, but sometimes my emotions get the best of me. (I’ve been known to cry during a yogurt commercial.)
What makes someone fabulous: Honesty and authenticity. Great things happen when you’re not afraid to be yourself.
