Restaurant of the Week: Scottsdale Station

Looking for a new restaurant to try in the Scottsdale area? Check out the newest Station Restaurant, Scottsdale Station, located at the corner of Hayden and Via De Ventura. This is the second Station Restaurant location, with the other in Prescott.

Scotts Station Int 8

This new restaurant has something to offer for everyone with a wide variety of global dishes with their own unique twist. For a started I tried the Flaming Saganaki, breaded Kasseri cheese, ouzo, fresh oregano and lemon lit on fire at your table, and served with house made pita bread.

For the main course I tried the Forbidden Duck, a roasted boneless duck breast served with Asian style orange sesame sauce, coconut black rice and an oriental vegetable mix. My husband  tried their OUR Babies dish, smoked ribs slowly roasted over pecan wood, then topped with a chipotle honey glaze and a blackberry barbeque sauce, with sides of macaroni and cheese with a kick and grilled vegetables.

For dessert we tried a sampler of their Chai Tea Tiramisu, Flourless Chile Brownie, Lemon Tart and Red Devil Sliders. My favorite was the lemon tart with the perfect combination of tart and sweet. My husband’s favorite was the chai tea tiramisu.

Scottsdale Station offered a wonderful variety of food with excellent quality and taste in each bite. We look forward to going back and trying more dishes!
