Trevor's arcadia

Trevor’s Liquor Arcadia

Not new to the Valley scene but new to Arcadia, Trevor’s Liquor is changing pace with the most recent addition to its lineup of liquor store/cocktail lounge/pizza kitchen concepts. Like its Mayo Boulevard counterpart, the Arcadia location offers a full menu of artisanal beverages, award-winning wines and dishes that can be enjoyed in conjunction or separately. Trevor’s Liquor’s three locations all share one commonality: that it’s a place for visitors to not only shop but enjoy their time beyond sipping fanciful drinks.

Trevor’s Liquor Arcadia visitors can feel a sense of both their adulthood with an elevated lounge experience reminiscent of a jazzy, Art Deco scene collocated to a childhood memory of playing vintage arcade games and competing over a friendly game of pinball.

The newly opened 12,000-sq.-ft. space welcomes you to try over 24 draft beers, carefully curated libations and chef favorites. Visitors can select from an array of wood-fired pizzas, such as a traditional pepperoni pizza extending to a spicy diavola pizza comprising spicy soppressata, olives, pickled jalapenos and Calabrian chili oil. Trevor’s Liquor Arcadia also serves sandwiches, including its take on an Italiano sub made with spicy salami, mortadella, ricotta, arugula, balsamic-fig jam, Calabrian chili peppers and chili relish topped on Noble bread.

Visitors can finish their meal with something sweet (the Arcadia locale is the first Trevor’s to offer dessert) that complements the Italian-forward theme of the menu–Boozy Cannoli, a traditional take on the popular pastry that is filled with seasonal ricotta filling (don’t forget to ask your server!)

Although Trevor’s provides a list of 12 unique cocktails on the menu, guests can have the option to have a creatively curated cocktail whipped up by the master mixologist. For those choosing from the menu, savor a strawberry-coconut negroni with Bimini coconut gin, sweet vermouth and strawberry Campari; a neighborhood-inspired favorite called the Arcadia Cosmo with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose; or a strawberry-lychee martini with elderflower and lemon, to name a few.

Trevor’s Liquor Arcadia is open from 9 a.m. to midnight with its retail space operating until midnight, and the restaurant and lounge operating from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Visitors are also able to attend weekly tasting events.
