Hometown: Steamboat Springs, Colorado

First job: Stocking shelves at my mom’s health food store!

Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: Hiking and biking with my husband; walking in the mountain preserve with my two pups each morning; trying new restaurants with my family; attending comedy shows; and attending Soul Sundays to remain grounded, present and aligned.

Your biggest accomplishment and why: In 2022, my sister and I sold Bodify. We had built an incredible team and had impacted thousands of people in positive ways. We played a meaningful role in the lives of our staff, community, peers and clients. The sale of Bodify was a rewarding and tremendous experience, and we look forward to building more locations, growing the brand and continuing to have a reputation of excellence.

The biggest obstacle you overcame: When I was 13, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I was devastated, angry and I felt I was being punished. As a result, I ignored it and didn’t do a great job of taking care of myself. Over the years, I have learned to embrace the disease and be grateful for it.

Someone who inspires you and why: My old boss, Stephen Fairley. He passed away three years ago and was my biggest inspiration. He treated me like gold, built a business with an incredible culture and was always doing right by clients.

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: The art of being authentic and genuine is so important. So many of us, myself included, care deeply about what the world thinks of us and we let that guide our decisions, attitudes and actions. If we simply care about how we view ourselves and make a positive impact in our corner of the world, we could show up as ourselves every day and know we matter.

Favorite quote: “What you think is. What you believe is. What you feel is. So, think, believe and feel wisely.” —Unknown

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I purchased a business coaching franchise when I was 20 to better my public-speaking skills. Fast forward 15 years and I now speak excitedly on international stages and it’s one of things I love most about my life and job!

What makes someone fabulous: An authentic human who is willing to listen and show up for those whom they love.
