Your biggest accomplishment and why: I have run successful restaurants around the world, met incredible people, traveled and discovered many cultures, all while making time to spend with my family. I would also say leaving a mark on the people I have trained, worked with and cook for.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: The next one because there is always a new challenge to conquer.
Someone who inspires you and why: Ferran Adrià. He is a visionary and the most passionate chef I have ever met.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Work hard, be passionate and be curious about gastronomy.
