First job: Burger King. I worked there for over two years throughout high school. Working the drive-thru was my favorite part.
Favorite ways to spend your free time in AZ: I love hiking with my fiancé and exploring Arizona like a tourist. The beauty of the desert never gets old or boring.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Hands down, my biggest and best accomplishment was having my two sons. I have always wanted to be the best mom I can be and to show them that with hard work, you can reach all your goals and dreams in life.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Starting my company and continuing to grow it after 25 years. We have weathered several recessions and hard times, but we are still here and thriving. In fact, we just expanded our team by more than 50 percent this year.
Someone who inspires you and why: My mom. She was a single mom for a large part of my childhood. She went from being a stay-at-home mom to having to go back to school to get her teaching degree. She just recently retired after 25 years. She instilled in me that it is important as a woman to make your own money and to be financially independent.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Look for an organization with a great training program; be a sponge and don’t be afraid to make mistakes or look silly.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I started bodybuilding at 41 and went pro in the bikini division at age 45.
