Chestnut, a beloved Phoenix-based restaurant, is opening its second location in the Biltmore area this fall.
Founded by Kirsten Steele, Chestnut has become a go-to restaurant within the Arcadia community. Its second location is slated to open this October in the Biltmore area on 24th Street and Camelback Road. The restaurant is known for its farm-to-table and locally sourced ingredients, and the new location will continue to offer an array of its popular menu items.
From breakfast to dinner, fan favorites include Benny’s Burrito, cinnamon french toast, corned beef hash, Chestnut Chopped Salad, gluten-free pesto mac and a Tuna Salad Melt. The signature pastry case will also make a return, filled with homemade cookies, muffins, scones and pop tarts.
“Ten years ago, I brought Chestnut to life in Arcadia to offer the community an amazing experience, personally developed and lovingly crafted dishes, pastries and a place people would want to come and hang out with friends, family and colleagues,” says Steele, founder of Chestnut, in a press release.
The Biltmore location will introduce new and exclusive offerings, with the inclusion of a full bar, seasonal craft cocktails, convenient grab-and-go salads and bites, as well as curbside pickup and a new catering menu. Plus, the new 3,500-sq.-ft. space will feature an outdoor patio, making it a great location to make memories with family, friends and fresh food.
“I could not be more excited about our evolution and this incredible opportunity to plant our home-grown roots now a few miles up the road in the Biltmore. Getting to additionally be able to serve the neighboring area of residents along with the vibrant and large corporate community, and equally having the opportunity to provide more jobs and give back was an opportunity I just couldn’t pass up,” says Steele, in a recent press release.
