Federal American Grill is set to open in Scottsdale in January, offering one of the largest selections of whiskey in the city. The location will be the first to open in Arizona and offer visitors a relaxed atmosphere and American-inspired fare.
A staple in Houston, Federal American Grill is coming to the Scottsdale 101 shopping center in January. The new restaurant will bring its southern hospitality with it, focusing on providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for each guest.
“We are so honored to be opening in a community as awesome as Scottsdale,” says Matt Brice, Federal American Grill founder and CEO, in a press release. “We’re eager to introduce this area to our obsessed hospitality, great food and craft cocktails. No matter what your request, yes is always our answer. We can’t wait to get involved and give back to the community surrounding our new location.”
Like its home site, the grill will offer a rotating menu offering brunch, lunch and dinner items. Brunch will be available on the weekend and will feature a lineup of plates like the crème brûlée French toast, chicken and waffles, buttermilk fried chicken and more. A curated lunch and dinner menu will be available daily, featuring comfort plates, steaks, pasta, seafood and all-American burgers.
The libation program at Federal American Grill will house one of the most extensive whiskey cabinets in Scottsdale, offering over 500 labels to choose from. In addition to whiskey and other spirits, the menu will also feature cocktails like the Flaming Oldie, a smoky drink prepared at your table, with Elijah Craig bourbon, house bitters, 151-Bruleed orange and cherry, and the Bourbon Peach Smash, Rosemary Blush, Paper Plane and more. A selection of boozy brunch sips is on the weekend’s menu, with staples like mimosas, French 75 and more.
