JoJo’s ShakeBAR is set to open at Scottsdale Quarter this summer. The Chicago-based business, which is a modern take on the classic diner with over-the-top milkshakes, will continue to sprinkle locations throughout the country.
“We’re really excited about opening up a JoJo’s in Scottsdale,” says Robbie Schloss, JoJo’s co-founder and managing partner, in a press release. “Being able to open not only in a different state, but a completely different part of the country is a big milestone for us, and we are super excited to show the West Coast how over-the-top milkshakes and classic diner fare are done!”
JoJo’s ShakeBAR at Scottsdale Quarter will be brimming with nostalgia, transporting grownup guests back to simpler times with its 80’s- and 90’s-inspired details, while kiddos will get a kick out of the arcade game tables. While guests will want to linger at the restaurant during date nights and fun family outings, there will be a walk-up window for milkshake fans on the run.
In addition to outrageous milkshakes, diners will dig into wings, a wide range of handhelds, salads, picture-perfect cocktails, brunch eats and more.
JoJo’s ShakeBAR was inspired by Schloss’ childhood memories and named after his daughter. The concept was launched in 2019 and has become a favorite for guests to enjoy life’s playful moments with families and friends–and delish milkshakes and decadent diner fare, of course. The soon-to-open Scottsdale outpost will join the restaurant’s locations in Chicago, Detroit and Orlando.
