Postino WineCafe rolled out some new dishes and drinks just in time for summer! Available daily, these new summer menu items include some shareable snacks, an all-new charcuterie board, and refreshing cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
Like most of Postino Winecafe‘s menu (like its famed boards and bruschetta), the new summer additions are shareable dishes that the whole table can enjoy. The new menu items include:
Maitake Mushroom: crispy maitake mushroom, oyster and cremini, Lebni yogurt, lemon zest, smoked salt and Controne pepper.
Shrimp Scampi: butter-poached jumbo shrimp, artichoke, Calabrian chili, Chablis spritz and focaccia.
Nick’s Board: warm soft pretzel, Italian sausage, Spanish pork link, creamy pimento cheese, spicy Peruvian corn nut, sweety drop pepper and Packo pickle.
Some refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages have been added to the menu at all Postino WineCafe locations. Choose from the Apricot Palmer, Prickly Pear Lemonade, Blackberry Smash, Ginger Zing and Tropicale. There are also two new kombuchas to accompany your meal for another non-alcoholic option.
Available only at the Highland location in Scottsdale are some new, season-friendly wine-based cocktails created by Beverage Director Brent Karlicek. The Tré Cool is a blend of Cocchi Americano, Dolin Blanc, fresh cucumber, and cava; the Postino “G&T” features a dry white port wine; the Amaro Manhattan and Retsina Negroni offer a twist on classics we know and love by making them with wine. These are available through the end of July, so make sure to stop by the Highland location soon to check these out before they are gone.
Postino Winecafe has nine locations in Arizona, with eight Phoenix-area restaurants and one location in Tucson. To see all of the Postino Wincafe locations and to view the complete dinner and drink menus, visit postinowinecafe.com.
