Dustin Trout is the founder and chief strategy officer of EIC Agency, a Phoenix-based digital marketing agency. “We help brands solve two things: 1) Reduce customer acquisition cost and 2) Increase the lifetime value of a customer.”

After a knee injury sidelined his NFL career, Jeremy “Jay” Cash used the tragic event to kickstart Kaizen Health and Wellness. The Scottsdale-based athletic recovery center focuses on helping those who live active lifestyles #RecoverLikeThePros.

Derek Jackson, an ex-military intelligence officer, is the co-founder and CTO of Cyber Dive, a progressive technology company that provides parents with tools to monitor their children online. Most recently, the Phoenix company introduced Aqua One, the first fully functional smartphone for kids integrated with unlimited parental monitoring functionality.

Susan Wilcox is the CEO and founder of adored Scottsdale eatery, The Herb Box, and Pivot Culinary Management. Most recently, The Herb Box in DC Ranch moved to a larger location on Scottsdale Rd. and Shea Blvd. that houses a gourmet food market and private dining spaces.

The Valley’s Christina “C.J.” Hathaway is a woman of many, many talents, including being a licensed associate marriage and family therapist, a personal trainer, a nutrition coach and more. She is also the owner of Ignite Ambition Publishing, and her first publication, “Don’t Hold their Poop: A small book about cleaning up life’s BIG messes,” is a popular self-help comedy/workbook.

Kayla Newnam is a Phoenix-based mural artist. After kicking off a mural tour locally at Desert Ridge Marketplace this summer, Newnam strives to paint a mural in each state for the next three years.
